1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using True Love Hub, including the website at
https://truelovehub.com
(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access the Service (“Users” or “you”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent
and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that all registration information you submit is accurate
and truthful, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
3. Account Registration and Approval
- You may be required to create an account and provide certain personal information to access features of the Service.
- All new accounts are subject to administrative review. Your account status may be set to pending while under review.
- Administrators may approve, reject, ban, or suspend accounts at their sole discretion, with or without notice, if Terms are violated or for any reason related to platform integrity or safety.
- You agree not to create more than one account without explicit permission from administrators.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities
that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Use a strong password and not share it with anyone.
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Log out of your account at the end of each session when using shared or public devices.
True Love Hub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure
to comply with these security obligations.
5. Description of Services
True Love Hub provides the following services (collectively, “the Service”):
- Users Profiles — browsing and interacting with Users personality profiles.
- Users Chat (Messages) — private text-based messaging with perfect match, including optional photo and video media exchange subject to plan limits.
- Gifts — sending premium gifts to Users profiles during conversations; each gift has a specified price deducted from your account balance.
- Special Requests — submitting custom interaction requests to Users profiles for review and fulfillment.
- Identity Verification — camera-based selfie verification to help confirm real-person identity.
- Live Support Chat — real-time messaging with our human support team for account assistance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with
or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
6. Membership Plans
The Service offers tiered membership plans:
- Free — $0 · Starter access with limited daily messages, limited Users profiles, and limited gallery views.
- Basic — $300 · Expanded daily messages, more chat profiles, expanded photo and video viewing.
- Premium — $1,000 · Higher messaging limits, chat media sending, verified badge option, broader access.
- VIP — $7,000 · Maximum access, top-tier limits, voice and video-call features, priority experience.
Plan features, limits, and prices are subject to change. Plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
Your plan remains active until you purchase a different plan or your account is terminated.

7. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
- Accepted payment method — Currently, only Bitcoin (BTC) deposits are accepted. You must send BTC to the wallet address displayed on your Balance page.
- Receipt upload — After sending a BTC payment, you must upload the payment receipt / screenshot for verification. Deposits are not credited until reviewed and approved by an administrator.
- Minimum deposit — A minimum deposit amount applies to initial and subsequent deposits. The current minimum is displayed on the Balance page.
- Approval time — Deposit approval is manual and may take several hours to 24 hours, depending on admin availability.
- Refunds — Deposits to your account balance are generally non-refundable. Refunds for specific services (gifts, special requests, plan purchases) are evaluated case-by-case:
- If a paid service is not delivered or fulfilled as described, you may request a refund by contacting Support.
- Once a gift is delivered or a special request is fulfilled, it is non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted through the Support page with relevant details.
- Refunds, if granted, are credited to your account balance; BTC refunds to an external wallet are at admin discretion.
- Chargebacks and disputes — Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback on a legitimate deposit or purchase may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Posting or transmitting content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or to breach security or authentication measures.
- Using any automated means (robots, scrapers, spiders, scripts) to access, copy, or monitor any part of the Service without our express written permission.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Using the Service to send spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from any part of the Service.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software.
- Collecting or harvesting personal information of other users without their consent.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these
provisions, including reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are
and will remain the exclusive property of True Love Hub and its licensors.
This includes, but is not limited to, the website design, graphics, logos, software code, database structure,
Users profile content, and all other elements of the Service.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform,
republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Service without our prior written consent,
except as necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose.
User-generated content (messages, images, uploaded files) remains your responsibility. By posting content,
you grant True Love Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to
use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.
10. Account Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability:
- For violation of these Terms or any applicable policy.
- For fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
- For failure to comply with identity verification requirements.
- At our sole discretion, when we believe it is necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or the safety of other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Account balance may be forfeited
if termination results from a violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting Support.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
True Love Hub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or
implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials
included therein.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, True Love Hub and its
operators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible
losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content provided through the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed
the amount you have paid to True Love Hub in the twelve (12) months preceding
the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100.00) if you have not made any payments.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless True Love Hub, its operators,
affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims,
damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees)
arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service.
- Your violation of any term of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, intellectual property, or privacy right.
- Any claim that your user-generated content caused damage to a third party.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make
reasonable efforts to provide at least 14 days’ notice before any new terms take effect, such as by
posting a notice on the Service or notifying you through your account. What constitutes a material change
will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound
by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict
of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved
through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent
jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
